PARISH SERVICES

REGISTRATION & OFFERTORY ENVELOPES
If you wish to register in St. Joseph Parish you may do so in the parish office during the week, or in the gathering area after the weekend Masses. We encourage families new to the area who wish to become members of St. Joseph Parish to register in the parish and to support it by using the offertory envelopes. These envelopes are mailed for either weekly or monthly offerings to registered members of the parish. Donations may also be made electronically through our offertory envelope company.

WEEKLY BULLETINS
The daily Mass schedule and weekly activities are listed in the Parish Bulletin for your convenience. The bulletins are available each weekend at the entry doors of the church. Each family is asked to take a bulletin home and keep it for weekly reference. Announcements of general interest to the parish are welcome and may be submitted to the parish office ten days prior to the Sunday of publication. Due to limited space, personal announcements cannot be submitted.

FACILITY SCHEDULING
The parish facilities are for the use of St. Joseph activities only. Any group using the buildings must schedule, in advance, by contacting the parish office and placing a request in writing. Cleanup of the facility at the end of the event is the responsibility of the user group. Requests for community-sponsored events may be reviewed for a one-time dispensation. Guidelines established by the St. Joseph Parish Finance Council for all users of the Parish Center:

  • Any item or area that you use should be carefully cleaned after the event is finished.
  • Chairs and other items are to be properly stored.
  • Report damage or broken items by phone to the Parish Office at 303-279-4464.
