Welcome to the website of St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Golden, Colorado! Jesus Christ is forming us into a communion of disciples and sending us on a mission to spread His Kingdom.
In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus formed his apostles in a way that should be repeated in every Christian's life:
The apostles encountered Jesus through His call, they were established in communion with Him and thus with each other, and they were sent out to share the gift (charism) they had received from Jesus. Encounter - Communion - Charism: this the pattern of Christian life. Our parish life, as well as our website, takes up these themes.

On Thursday evenings, all parishioners and especially young people aged 18-35 are invited to join us for Young Adult Eucharistic Adoration in the church from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. You do not need to commit to every week, but rather you can “drop-in.”
Confessions are heard in the church every Saturday from 4:00 to 5:00 pm and on Wednesday mornings from 7:00 to 7:45 am. Communal Penance Services, with an opportunity for individual confession and absolution, are held twice a year during the seasons of Advent and Lent.
Come pray the evening prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours, the official Prayer of the Church. Following the Liturgy of the Hours will be Eucharistic Adoration. Please join us for this spiritual experience of prayer with Jesus, Mary, and our Catholic community. All are welcome!
Parishioners gather following daily Mass, which begins at 8:00 am, on the first Wednesday of each month to pray the pro-life rosary. Participants then go out to eat together at a local restaurant.
